Issuance of B-Mobile old numbers

Bhutan Telecom would like to inform its valued customers that we will be reserving all those available old numbers that got deactivated from the system to be issued to the owners of such numbers, if required. This is done to ease the many requests from B-Mobile customers to avail their old mobile numbers.
Therefore, if you want to use your old number, please visit any BT counters with a copy of your ID card and you will get your old number back, if not already issued prior to this notification.
Contact Center Solution

Bhutan Telecom would like to once again remind its valued customers about the introduction of a Contact Centre solution with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) facility on 28th December 2011. The contact center will help us enrich customer experience to a variety of options in terms of getting access to information on our services through the IVR.
Therefore, please call BT at its toll free no. 1600. Your enquiries will be directly addressed through the IVR and not by the agent. However those issues/enquiries that are not answerable by the IVR will be directed to the agent.

Starting today, POP3, IMAP and SMTP services for druknet.bt email users is be available. Please note the changes below for your desktop mail client’s server settings.
Webmail: https://webmail.druknet.bt
POP3: pop.druknet.bt
IMAP: imap.druknet.bt
SMTP: smtp1.druknet.bt
With the new DrukNet mail system, druknet.bt email users can access a brand new and and a user-friendly webmail along with an upgraded email storage of 1 Gigabytes (1000 Megabytes). Now, you will not have to worry about filling up your mailbox. We recommend you to use our new webmail and not worry about downloading your emails.
