An additional time slot, "late-night offer (11pm-7am)", is introduced to encourage our customers to make long duration calls at a cheaper rate. The new timing is introduced as follows:
OffPeak Hours: 7am - 3 pm
Peak Hours : 3 pm- 11pm
Late-Night Offer: 11 pm - 7 am
